15 to 20 minutes for chicken wings. Boil chicken for 40-50 minutes if using frozen chicken thighs and 30 minutes for thawed chicken thighs or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Even small chicken legs can take the full 30 to 40 minutes to cook.
