Baked Garlic Chicken Legs Recipe
Bake the chicken legs in the oven for 25 minutes.
Baked garlic chicken legs recipe. In a large skillet saute garlic in the butter for 2 minutes at medium heat. This post is part of the 30 days series over on Prairie. Add garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Pour any remaining sauce over the chicken pieces. Pour 12 cup of chicken broth into the bottom of the baking dish.
Bake Chicken Legs. Season with smoked paprika garlic powder salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine seasonings.
Whisk in the flour or cornstarch. While chicken is cooking melt butter in a small pan. Coat remaining drumsticks with remaining 2 tbsp olive oil evenly.
Place cooked chicken drumsticks in garlic butter and toss to coat. Arrange the leg quarters in the prepared baking pan and rub the garlic-spice mixture over each piece. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Transfer the chicken legs to a large casserole dish and place the lemon slices in between the legs. Place chicken legs on pan and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Then flip and repeat process on the other side.
